1. Payment
Οι πληρωμές με κάρτα δεν είναι ακόμη ενεργές. Δεν ολοκληρώνεται παραγγελία ή χρέωση έως ότου ενσωματωθεί και δοκιμαστεί η επίσημη διασύνδεση της Worldline.
Οι online πληρωμές με κάρτα θα επεξεργάζονται στη φιλοξενούμενη σελίδα της Worldline με 3D Secure όπου απαιτείται. Η Nostalgia δεν λαμβάνει αριθμό κάρτας ή CVV.
The customer is charged for product value, applicable taxes/duties, and delivery fees (if any).
2. Returns and refunds
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from delivery. The return request should include products being returned and the order reference.
Returned items must be in original condition: unused, undamaged, with original packaging, tags, labels, and related documents.
If a returned product does not meet these conditions, the refund may be rejected and the item may be sent back to the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to fourteen (14) days from return receipt or shipping proof (whichever comes first).
Important notes
Products purchased from third-party marketplaces are not eligible for return processing through this website policy.
